Yes you can.


You may have to pay and you may have to wait but you are entitled to access to allow your medical records.

Yes of course, just write to the hospital and quote your details, they may charge you copying costs of up to £50.
 
You have to be very specific as regards to the information you want. They will only give you what you ask for. You need to contact the information governance department of the primary health trust in the area you live. They will be the best people to advise you, regarding the information you need :)
 
The medical records are the property of the hospital and most will let you look at specific things for a fee. Your surgeon can request to see then for nothing.

Everyone is entitled to see their medical records! I did personal injury law for a while and we were always requesting them with the clients authority, they can only charge you up to £50 for copying.
