Would Nori be ok as a green vegitable in the pre op diet do you know? The person I spoke to on the phone didn't know what Nori was so couldn't comment. I tried to tell her it was dehydrated seaweed but she made a funny noise.

I've hunted the nutritional value of nori to this:

Serving Size 1 sheet (2.5 g)
Amount Per Serving
Calories 10Calories from Fat 0
% Daily Value*
Total Fat 0.0g0%
Saturated Fat 0.0g0%
Trans Fat 0.0g

Sodium 5mg0%
Total Carbohydrates 0.0g0%
Dietary Fiber 1.0g4%
Protein 1.0g
Vitamin A 8% • Vitamin C 10%
Calcium 0% • Iron 0%

I was wanting to use it to make pretty bento box eggs with.

So if there are any japanaphiles or sushiphiles out there.. lemme know!
