NSV and i look HOT!

My scales broke so I haven't been keeping track of my weight and I was sure I hadn't lost any weight since before Christmas. Thought maybe I had gained some back the way I went at the sweets over the hols...

Anyway, this morning on a whim I tried on a dress I haven't fit in in four years, it's a size 14! I FIT IN IT! I tried it before Christmas to go out but couldn't zip it up even half way! And I look so good in it too! Aaaah, I'm so happy right now! I still need to lose a bit more to be really comfy in it but it's definitely going with me to Panama next month! I'm gonna wear it to death!

Thats great news :-D ...the day will come when i am as elated as u are when i have surpassed my expectations but its early months for me as yet and although i have lost 4 1/2 stones in 3 mnths, i shall be over the moon once i have gone down another 4 or 5 stone!!! Well done x
