On Saturday I got into my first target piece of clothing a pair of red size 16 jeans. Yesterday I got my wedding ring on easily (haven't been able to wear it for years) and it stayed on all day without feeling like my finger was going to drop off.

A scales victory - got weighed by the dietician last night and since my weigh in just before my pre-op started I've lost 3 stones 2 lbs. I am retaining water though as my pouch has been very irritable so back to fluids for me for a few days, that'll get get it shifted.

thats a great weight loss you must be so pleased . I have just managed to get my wedding ring on as well I was wearing my husbands ring I gave it back to him and it doesn't fit him now. Keep up the good work. Wendy
