Oat cakes and houmus

Hi,

I am struggling to get from lunch to dinner without hunger pains and feeling quite weak/ nauseous around 4pm..
I was wondering about eating a fine milled oatcake with a little low fat houmus, but not sure if it's allowed?
I am nearly 4 weeks out and coping well with solids, not been sick or struggled to get in my fluids.

Been having one egg scrambled for breakfast, managing about 2/3
Half and avocado with small amount smoked salmon, for lunch
3 small bits chicken breast in some kind a sauce, managing all.

Am wondering if it's normal to need to snack or am I doing something wrong?

Thanks

Claire

My provider asked me to eat little and often - 5/6 times a day. They ask that snacks are as protein filled as they can be. X

Yes, three small meals and three snacks (eg Yoghurt) a day. I'd swap the oatcake for a thin rice cake, especially if it is a snack. And the Houmus must be low fat else you may dump.
