Hmmmmmmm how come I didn't know that those B12 injections hurt like hell? Haha had my first one today and didn't realise how much it was gonna sting ouch *hides tear down face and try's to be brave*

She gave me mine in my upper arm she thankfully pre warned me that it hurt, she did it slowly but it still really stung don't know if she woulda been better slamming it in quickly instead or maybe I'm just a right wimp haha X

It usually stings if they don't let the B12 warm up a bit first. They usually inject it straight from the fridge.
