Bumps along somehow
I have been on the first day of milk diet today. It has only been 22 1/2 hours since my last proper food and I already feel light headed. I feel very focussed on the diet but feel pretty wet for already feeling weird. Any advice?
 
Don't feel that way chick. It's your body reacting to a different regime. It's chemical and you don't have any control over it. If you feel light-headed, sit down until the feeling has passed. Keep your fluid levels up - water, as well as milk!

Yeah well done for making a start. It will be hard work (ive yet to do it, and ill be exactly like u) but this is just the start of a fantastic healthy new you. Take plenty of water, have a tea/coffee or squash. And just remember to keep pushing urself, because u dont want to wake up post surgery to find they havent done it cos u had a fatty liver.

You can do it! stay strong, chew some gum or do anything to keep ur mind off it xxx

Well done you for lasting this long your doing great, I was lucky and did not have time to do it but from what I have read after day three things will get easier and think of the great weight loss you will have before surgery let alone after...hang on in there...xx

whilst i was doing my pre op especiall the first few days till the energy burst kicked in i pampered myself each day nails, pedicure, hairtreatment etc. took my mind off food and made me feel good in the process.

Congrats and dont beat yourself up bout it hun you are 1 step closer to the life you want just think of it as a small obstical and this site helps you no matter how big, small or stupid you think the obstical is. We are all ere for each other!

i think we all went thru it but dont worry hun it does pass just be carefull if you got a busy day to sit down if you go light headed and rest by day 3/4 you will be feeling alot better the hunger goes and i have to admit by end of week i was feeling great its like a detox lol
 
Hi

Stick with it, get some good dvds and a book to keep your mind of things. I enjoyed going for a walk in the evening to take my mind of the demon food and booze whilst on Pre op
