PCT reasons for refusal

Does anyone know if the PCT refuse funding do they have to give you a reason?

Hi LBD - didn't just want to read and run. Sorry I don't know the answer, but I'm sure someone will be along soon who may know.

They may not give you a reason in their letter, but they do have to tell you why. Or else how can you appeal it or even know if they had the right information?

Also, if you are refused because you don't meet that PCT's own criteria, but you do meet NICE guidelines, you would have a much stronger case for getting your funding, although you'd probably have to really fight it.
