Permission???

An anyone tell me about needing permission for things on here?! how do I put a profile picture on etc! I haven't seen that I need to upgrade etc for this to be possible. X

You need to have made a minimum about of posts - I think it's 50 - to be able to do some things.

There are so many great threads to get involved in it doesn't take too long at all
