I've been away at my dads this weekend and eaten nothing but rubbish and had a Chinese tonight as been a crap day with my car breaking down. It just proves I need the surgery as I just can't trust myself :-( back to normal tomorrow with a passion tho otherwise all that hard work for nothing :-(
