It was a great experience.
I know this surgery is not without risk, but I feel so reassured. All my questions were answered - nothing was too much trouble. I felt in such good hands. EVERYONE was so lovely and so respectful. At each stage the staff wished me luck. The Admin might be PANTS but the medical team are second to none! Hope it continues.
