pre op day 2!

I swear i haven't been up this early on a sat since i was a kid (and even then it was prob only for christmas)

sadly today i woke up at 6:45 to find my (sorry if this next part grosses anyone out) tunnel from my ear had fallen out! (i have one of my ears streched up to 12mm) and had the pleasure of forcing it back in making me well and truely awake!:mad:

just had a bowl of weetabix, mmm cardboardy!

I can't say it's an awful diet, im no more hungry than i have been on any other diet.

And im peeing like a race horse!
Good to get rid of all that water... 3.5 lbs gone already :) :scale:

So anyone about to start a pre op, don't worry it's not all that bad! (i know im only on day two, but i find the first few days the hardest!)

Are you doing the food pre op? I am due to start mine on Monday and keep changing my mind about dong the milk one or the food one!
 
yeah low cal low carb :)

the only annoying part is trying to count the cals :)

Im having 1000 cals a day.

I wasnt given an option of which diet i did :)

at least your getting some kind of varyation to your diet believe it or not it could be worse!!!!!!
 
yea please think about me on 5 slim fast a day lol and water ( 9th day now) ..........


however i fainted after 4 days .. and hospital thought i was not having enough .. so im having weight watches soups too and i had a salad other day with chicken Brest..

they said im doing fine and im still under 1000 Cal's a day..

6 days and counting till my op ...
 
I did the food diet and I was fine and lost weight. I could have never done the milk diet. People who do it are so strong I would have caved in first day lol
 
Hi Becca, you're doing great on this pre op diet and as for the tunnel my youngest son has one. He did go up to a 30mm at one time, but I made him shrink it and now its 22mm. Not long now before you've left me to go on the losers side lol. Cake tare (oops) Take care and keep going.xxGaynorxx

I have to say, I'm pretty sure I recognise 2 of your kids (from your little pic)... I know that sounds strange, but I used to live in swallownest with my boyfriend at the time, and I think he knew them. But, it could just be from going out to corp! I didn't mention it before cos im trying to keep my op hush hush, but I doubt you'd mention it heh (small world eh!)

Do you know when your getting your op???

30mm is huuuuuge, i'm thinking 20 tops!

And brett hun, i do feel for you! Part of me thinks the milk diet would be good for me cos it takes away the hassel of having to think what i can eat and count cals.. but i know id be a nightmare on it! lol
