pre op lost my medical records!

im really not happy today, my pre-op is ment to be tomorrow and just had a call from pre-op department. they want to cancel my pre-op assesment coz they have lost my medical records! so basically im frikd now, my ops in 2 weeks. i asked wat if u never find them, she just said "erm i dont know"
WAT THE BLOODY HELL, LOAD OF IDIOT COWBOYS. Im so upset i broke into tears! dont know wat i can do if anything?

They had called back to say they found them so hopefully the pre-op appointment is well under way.
