2nd day of my vegetable and chicken diet and i am feeling sick to death of it. all these veggies are making me feel queezy. Thank god its only a week. I really feel for the people who have to do longer. if anyone has any recipe ideas they would be very welcome,
Yeah I did the same diet but for nearly 6 weeks!!!! lol
try using lean mince and making a stew with all your veg together in the oven. If you have a potato allowance thin slice it on the top.
Also I used to have gammon, save an egg from dinner and use my potato allowance to make the thinnest chips ever lol....in my actifry
If you can have to 2 tbsp of rice like I could I saved this and cooked it with my milk allowance to make a rice pudding, filled me up nicely after my meal.
Depends on what you can have , if you let me know what your allowances are I can give you more ideas )
