I just thought I'd share my pre op dirt with everyone. I should start it on monday but I'm thinking o starting tomorrow to be extra safe

Good luck hun im on day four and the only advise I can offer is make sure you drink plenty water or sugar free juice I didnt on day two n suffered with a headache all night lol...............
