Im Meellttinngg!! :)
Im just starting to get a bit worried but nothing overly bad.
I have my first appt on the 30th July
with my surgeon or one of his team im not sure. This takes 5 weeks out of the equation to begin with
My worry is that they have to have done the op by the 19th Oct due to the 18 week pathway from the PCT.
The letter I got confirming the appointment with Mr Pollard states on it ' we anticipate you wil be offered a provisional treatment date following your consultation and this could be short notice.'
Im starting to get concerned that time is limited and that I have to have a pre op diet, pre op checks, bloods, and probably tons of other stuff.
I dont want to delay anything and I keep hearing the 5% weight loss being mentioned a lot lately. Is this the norm for all the surgeons? If so should I be trying right now? Ive kind of just given up on the dieting issue atm as I have hundreds of other stuff whizzing in this tiny brain of mine.
