I re-joined my local gym a couple of weeks ago. I am aiming to go about 3 times a week, mainly for some exercise, treadmill, bike, some weights and I've bought some boxing gloves for the punchbag!
I also love swimming... I figure if I start exercising before the surgery, it should help improve my fitness levels, and perhaps make recovering from surgery a little easier!
Anyone else pre-op currently and at a gym?
