Exercise

30 mins every morning on exercise bike first thing, approx 6 miles, then 1 hour swimming every Sunday, about 1 mile.
Use stairs instead of lift.
Visit colleagues instead of emailing.
Generally more active, and off my ar$e.
How about you?
 
I am trying to do some form of exercise 5 or 6 days a week.

I either bike to work and back which is about 7 miles or I go to gym and do 45 minutes on cross trainer.

Try to walk more than drive and generally move more
 
Swimming once a week about 40 to 60 lengths, going to the gym for 90 minutes two days a week and walking or doing body weight and muscle toning exercises at home another one or two times a week. Trying to exercise 4 to 5 times a week.
 
Nothing yet was told cant exercise till 6 weeks post op but I will be straight to the gym
