I do the Total Body Calorie Blast by Tracey Mallett. It is broke down into 6 minute workouts which work the whole body and you can do as few or many as you like - obviously one probably isn't enough but it means you can do a couple in the morning and a few more at lunch depending on what works for you. There are other dvds in the collection but I really like this one. The music is good and Tracey is motivating but not patronising - although the fake American accent when she's English is a bit annoying.
