protein shakes

what protein shakes does everyone buy and where from? i need to up my protein intake and theres sooo many shakes to choose from that i dont know which to buy x

I just bought some phd diet whey powder to help me while I am recovering from op, but generally get enough protein from my day to day food. I don't mind the texture, or strawberry flavour but it's very chemically sweet mixed with water. I am going to try mixing with milk instead today. Update u later. I think Mazza said the chocolate one is nice. Got it from monster supplements but it's on eBay and amazon too. I wouldn't try the phd whey protein bars again, I thought they were horrid and expensive

Yes I like the chocolate one, the strawberry is ok - a bit on the sweet side though. The good thing is they don't upset my stomach. They sell them in the larger Tesco x
