hi guys,
i bought a pro slam lemon and lime protein shot from Holland and Barrett today
total fat 0%
sat fat 0%
carbohydrate 0g 0%
sodium 64mg 3%
pottassium 31mg 1%
Protein 27g 54%
can anyone tell me if these are ok? they were only £3.29 each

Pro Slam's will sometimes cause a reaction in people, about 20 mins after you have one they can make your face tingle/itch, it is not very pleasant. It is the only type of protein shot that does that, others can be bought online for much cheaper and without the face tingle, it is a B vit additive that causes the tingle in Pro Slan and is completely harmless but annoying.
