PSP SLAs for Bariatric Surgery

Hi,

I'm about to go FOI on EOESCG and SECSCG for details of the SLAs set on their PSPs but before doing so, wanted to see if anyone else had any SLA details from any commissioning service in England, Wales or Scotland.

If so, please email them over to me.

To all those that have replied, I mean this in the nicest possible way but if you don't know what I mean then you don't have it!

To simplify things, I'm asking if anyone here has copies of the contracts between the various NHS commissioning groups and the surgery providers. Specifically, I'm looking for the contract clauses that specify response times and financial penalties of a contractual breach. Although of a commerical nature, the information should be freely available (albeit with some redactions) and the tender documents should also contain some of the info.

With the greatest of respect Ade, you would find better luck here if your tone on the site wasn't so condescending and judgemental. Your posts sound like a stroppy teenager who thinks he has all the answers and has to deal with out of date parents We all have issues.
There are some lovely people here and we all have issues and need support. People will think twice about asking questions if they are scared that you will reply.
After you have had the operation you may see have a broader viewpoint.

Well said. This site has been so much help to people. There is no reason whatsoever to be rude. It is a public forum and is here to help - no matter what the question or how many times it has been asked. Experienced wls posters are invaluable and this site would be a much poorer place without them. I'm sure that people will get tired of being talked down to so that in itself will solve the problem.

Well just to let you all know ade has been barred from the site reason being he is to clever, so obviously everybody else who is on here is rather dim and that is putting it a nice way So in terms you guys will understand you are all bloody thick who needs to STOP asking what meds people are on and how to cheat the system. Both ade and myself have spoken about this three quarters of people who have this surgery really should not be having it and most of the people on this site comes under this category not all as se do have a brain in their head bit not many. Who made you or Mr P the judge as to whether people deserve wls? Before we know it you'll be trawling cancer patients to wean out the smokers so they can't have treatment....

People shouldn't be spoken to the way your other half speaks to people. There is no need for rudeness or ignorance, well not on here anyway!
