Psychiatrists report

Eeek I got a copy of the psychiatrists report this morning. I wasnt expected to get a copy or anything! Luckily there is nothing in there that I didnt know or I might have been in floods of tears right now.

Hopefully I might get a date for the appointment to see the surgeon soon now.

I wish I had got one of those letters, I would love to know what they thought of me. Especially when he caught me of guard with a questions about drug taking. I think I looked in horror at him.

It was pretty much just a factual report of what we said really not much opinion in it other than her saying she thought I had moderate depression, I do have depression but it was her opinion of how severe it is.

SNAP. I got mine too, from Charing Cross. Nothing scary in there. She did say that she had advised me on where to get support afterwards but to be honest I dont really remember her saying it. Any appointment dates yet

In mine it says that there is support at the group meetings at the hosptial and a BOSPA one in Chiswick, just as a fact if you see what I mean, she didnt actually mention them to me herself, although I knew they were there from other info. Not that I would attend either as I live 2/3 hours away.

I havent got any further dates yet, although they did say they were very busy, hopefully we will both hear soon.
