pure orange after op

Hiya just doing list for after op, can I have pure orange or apple juice or too high in sugar?

Lots of people dump on it but I have tropicana orange with added calcium every day as a fruit portion and have had no problems.

water down any pure juices 50/50 for a while
Orange juice can irritate you pouch if you drink it neat.
I was ok with pure orange juice after about 3 months

I agree with Wendy. I still dont touch any pure juices. Things like that make me dump massively.

I still can't drink orange juice without watering it down, 2 years post-op it still makes me 'dump' all other fruit juices are fine for me now though. x

I was advised to dilute fruit juices 50/50 as the acid isn't good for the pouch. Some taste better diluted to a lesser amount. I had some really lovely freshly squeezed orange juice in Spain they serve it with sugar sachets but even straight it wasn't to sharp but I still diluted it & it was delicious.
