question for banders on supplements

hi, i need to take a supplement for hair loss forceval or perfectil have been recomended is it ok to swallow tablets with a band or should i be taking it in liquid form? does anyone know if these come in liquid form?

Hi Julie, I can manage some tablets but not others so I guess it depends on how big they are and how tight your band is. I have'nt had to have the prescription vits as I've been fine with my over the caounter ones so I don't know if these come in liquid form. Ask your gp or your pharmacist about them and they'll advise youxxxx
