Question for the ladies

This may sound a silly question but can you still have surgery if your on your monthly cycle?

Nobody said otherwise to me lol I was on the morning of my op, well it was just tailing off..... but that was fine.... I just wore my pants and pad down to theatre, which had been removed when I came to in recovery LOL


Am pretty sure many of us have unexpected periods just before op, brought on by the LSD .... I hadn't had one for 13 years , so it was a bit of a shocker LOL

This question was asked in a group meeting the answer given was to let them know but it wasnt seen as a concern
