Re banding

I have band erosion and have been advised I may be able to have a nother band 3-6 months after this one is removed. Has anyone else been re banded or know of anyone who has in the same circumstances

hi tottie, i was rebanded but because of wear and tear of my band, it was removed and replaced with in the one operation back in 2008, i was lucky it could be done all in 1 go, but average is 3-6m before being re banded, i did have my 2nd band removed as it was damaged during a plastics op and i now have a gastric bypass, how did you find band no1 ? did you have much success ~? x
