rny - 4 weeks post op from Michigan

Helloooo everyone, my name is Debra and I am 4 weeks post operative rny gastric bypass. I am hoping to hook up with people ahead of me on this path so I can glean some hard earned wisdom. I'm 40, a single mom and I've got a demanding job. I'm trying to learn the art of balance so I cam take care of myself too.

Surgery hopefully in around ten days time... God willing and after a very long and protracted wait due to health issues over the past years... so I'm crossing everything now!
