No regrets!!
I was looking at this forum on my Iphone last night, and was reading a really useful post which listed all the different protein values for foods, and made a mental note to print the list out when back to my desktop PC - now I cant find the post!! So if it was you, or if you know what the post was called, could you please let me know?? Thanks!!!
