Mine are weight watchers scales and despite being on a flat surface I get a different weight every time I get on them. I weigh myself 3 times straight after each other and take an average. Adds to the fun of weigh day
I use my wii fit board it weights exactly the same as my docs, weight management n spires so happy days but I weight 3x a wk now god help me when I'm sleeved haha xx
Mine are salters and recommended by weight watchers... they are glass... but like most scales.. they do need to be on an even surface.
Its best only to weigh once a week... so put them away... when you get some and if you cant find an even spot... then take them outside a weigh there. unless you are like me and weight totally naked lmao!! xx
Put a board under to level surface off and don't move them. I got some glass ones from lloyds pharmacy and they're fab...and weigh the same as at the hospital!
Mines weight watchers they differ +4lb from the hospital and weight watchers when I used to go but I get the same weight daily well except the -lbs every few days I can step on them 3/4 times a morning n get exactly the same weight x
Mine are also the Salter's glass ones; but I have two sets; and one is at least 3 pounds more than the other so guess which one I use! I know my favourite ones are 1lb more than my true weight as I used to get weighed at the doctor's on her balance scales.
I am only weighing myself when I go to my consultation, That way I am not getting fixated and having the chance to get down if the weight doesnt move as I wished it had.
I have salters metal ones. I got weighed at the lesuire centre last week they were exactly the same as them I'm not bothered if they are the same as the hosp as I record two weights my hospital weights and my home weights that way asking as thu are coming down I don't have to stress if they are out lol
