ive got specific guidelines of things to have on this stage . . but some of the things suggested are
~ ready brek / porridge
~ soft fish
~ scrambled egg
~ pureed chicken, quorn, tofu, minced lamb or beef
~ weetabix
~ mashed potato, soft mashed pasta
~ thick veg soup
~pureed or mashed veg
~ stewed or mashed fruit
~ low fat custard
~ smoothie
~ ripe melon
250 ml glass of fruit juice
