I'm 4 months from my op and almost 5 stone lighter, but am absolutely freezing at the moment, and can't do anything to get warm
I know I shouldn't moan but am not used to being cold

Hiya babe, I know how you feel, I have been accused of trading my real feet and hands for blocks of ice by hubby. Best thing I can tell you to do is move around, I find that I get coldest when I am still for long periods of time. As soon as I hope up and start moving I feel lots wamer.

Same as, Sal & Nic - I've never had cold hands... until now! I cannot get used to this and still go out under-dressed so am spending alot of time feeling extremely chilly. Need to bargain hunt for some woolies! Oh yes, the sale is on at Tesco Homeplus, see you there, Sal!
