Sick Notes

I'm due for op at Dolan Park, could anyone tell me if they provide sick notes from there? Cheers

They asked me if I needed a sick note the day I had the op but I have booked my time off as annual leave so didn't need one.

I got mine from my gp as I wanted it to just say post op recovery xxx

I tried to book a week annual leave but said I was havin an op and needed the week off to recover but the reply was get a sick note then and do not use holidays.

I dont really want it to say what I've actually had done, do you think Dolan Park would be evasive in what it was for?

I'm not sure tbh. Mr Sigurdsson did a preventative hernia op at the same time so maybe they would put that
