You'd save some room by putting this bit all in one colour

1. Tell myself I am beautiful
2. Succeed at weight loss GOAL 13TH NOVEMBER 09
3. Never blame it on the 'fat'
4. Maintain a gym routine
5. Do my very best

As it is now, there is:

colour code before the 1.
then end of colour code
New colour code for Tell...
Then end of colour code
New colour code for 2.

Do it in one colour and you'll just have the coding at the beginning and end

I was thinking about having a go at your cah-ching to get it all on one line (that would save loads of room), but I haven't got the software on this comp at the moment...and no room for it either at the mo. Will have a go when I get around to setting it up again.

Hang on, I'll have a fiddle and see if I can remove some unnecessary bits. Don't worry if it goes a bit 'odd' every now and again until I'm finished.
