Slendertone

Is slendertone safe to use with a band? (the ab one) I have a friend offering to lend me one but don't want to burn self from the metal in the port...

This is something that you will have to check and confirm with your provider

My provider says its fine just dont put pad over port xxx thanks tho topkat x

That's good to know. Im 6 days out from being banded and thinking about my exercise again now and that was one of my questions as I love my slendertone-makes a difference to core muscles if consistent. Thanks for that!
