To be really honest with you i wouldn't go out and stock pile anything till you need it, i found that my tastes changed imidiately post op, soups and things i liked pre op i couldn't stand post op, the only thing i could tollerate pre and immidiately post was tomatoe soup. So i'd wait, otherwise you might find you end up with a cuboard full of soups and things

I have slimfast once a day to subsidise a meal and to help keep up the protien. I love the ready made shakes but hate the powder lol
