soft food stage

Well its 4 weeks tomorrow since my bypass and I can move onto soft stage, and to be honest I'm a bit afraid to eat "proper food". I have managed great on pureed stage and have never had any problems or sickness. I can have toast as well but cannot imagine eating it...well tomorrow is the day so I will see how I get on..I plan to chew,chew,chew
 
Melba toast is nice as it's crunchy and breaks up well in your mouth.
