Sooo many questions - scared and seek advice

Thankfully I've stopped being sick, and best of all no more blood coming up. No more ibuprofen or aspirin for that matter for me. It sat in my pouch and burnt a hole. Had to get a de-fill and I am gutted to have had to do this. Bet I can't get it back

You will eventually, just let yourself heal. I'm a bugger for being impatient - but realistically whether we lose the weight tomorrow or in a month its going the right way.
