Sorry not been about for a while but finally have a date to meet the surgeon!!!!

After a year and a half and lots of messing about due to my sleep study (referal got lost, people off sick etc) I finally got a date today to see the surgeon!

Finally it feels like there are some steps in the right direction!

I got my sleep study results the other day so I phoned up to see what was going on. She said I could have a cancellation appointment on the 4th June!

I have mild apnoea but dont need CPAP, so a bit upset about it, but glad its nothing much to worry about.

i still confused about abreviations so not sure what your last sentence meant.

also does everyone get a sleep study as i've seen it mentioned alot on here?

CPAP is continuous positive airway pressure itsfor sleep apnoea to stop you from stopping breathing.
Not everyone will get a sleep study, depends if you snore or not. It affects the anesthetic so they need to know in advance.
