Stomach pain!!!

Hi all! At the moment I am suffering with stomach pains when I eat! Should I be worried?

I'm nearly 2 weeks post op sleeve and I'm having the same problem with soup! I'm beginning to think its cause it's warm liquid! As I get no problems with juice n water x
