On thing you need to do is keep yourself occupied it will help you forget the hunger pangs as well as aid your weight loss.

Try a few short walks each day, pushing yourself further whenever you find it has got easy to cover the distyance you have set

i am gaynor but its a killer sometimes getting up on a school morning :eek:
