Stretches

Do u guys do stretches and y are they so important

I'm not sure I know what you mean. Could you elaborate a little bit please.

The place I'm going we have 20 stretches to do every day pre and post op. (like what u are suppose to so after working out, but we do them even if we don't)

No I have never heard of anybody having to do that.
I certainly wasn't asked or told to stretch before or after my operation.

Ok I was told today it lengthens your muscles to burn more fat

But we have no time.
