Sugar coated pills ?

OK, so my iron levels are low and while I wait to get my bloods done I've bought a tub of ferrous sulphate 200mg. But now I've got them home I see they're sugar coated... are they OK to take ?

I take them and I'm OK - but its very sweet stuff in quantity that makes me dump - and DSers aren't supposed to dump!!

Wouldn't have thought one 3 times a day would have a great effect
