Does anyone know how soon after having the op ( bypass), I can go swimming and to aquafit?

Hi, I waited 4 weeks before starting aquarobics, this is what the hospital suggested.

You will have to wait for your wounds to heal fully before swimming to avoid infection. My surgical team asked for me to not exercise at all until I had seen them for my first post op check up. My advice to you would be to contact your team and ask them xx
