Teeny weeny meals

It's so strange.. I serve myself what looks like a baby portion of food, 4 or 5 small mouthfuls and I can eat no more. Mostly this is good, sometimes it is frustrating particularly when it's really nice. But I'm not making the mistake of over eating again and that's what this surgery is all about.

I haven't got onto this stage yet, but I can see where you're coming from already by the amount of soup I can eat. It's a tiny amount! Hope you're doing well x

me too im only a few days out from having my sleeves on fluids for 3 weeks bu cant get the amount of fluid down me, im struggling with 200mls of water or juice over a few hours i think one 200ml glass has lasted me for about 7 hours, is that normal

I was the same at first hun, really couldn't get the fluid down xx
