Protein shake for breakfast, chicken salad at lunch, more meat for dinner with veg or salad (all time fav is Szechuan chicken from Morrisons)...a couple of milky coffees with couple of babybel lights as snack....this gives you minimal carbs and prob 80/90g of protein
