I have had reason to get stressed about the vagueness of the bariatric admin staff at St Richards, but today I called and she is back to how I remember - warm, polite, friendly and very helpful.

I just wanted to re-address the balance a little. I guess we all have good days and bad days, and at the same time, I guess her hands are tied as to waiting times etc - she can only do so much.

Anyways, I know that lots of peeps on here have had problems with her (myself included) but maybe things will be better for all of us now...

I also wonder if she has access to Mini's so after this morning I started to feel bad for complaining, and feel sorry if I have caused her any upset. Personally, I get grumpy when I don't hear what i want to hear - she just deals with the phone, it might not be her fault that things didn't quite go to plan for me.

if thats the case i feel sorry for her cos shes had more off days than me and i didnt think that was possible. i mean her no malice just that she doesnt make me cry everytime . im sensative i dunno maybe its me.xx
