ty im a bit apprehensive but i think giving up smoking is part of it too as been 6 days no ciggies xx

good luck hun, stick to what you have been told to do and you will be just fine.... ooh and well done for the no ciggies for 6 days... they say the first week of giving upsmoking is the hardest so you hae done really well xx
