Well done Sue! I love the treadmill.. I have to blast my ears out with the ipod whilst I'm on there but the music helps keep me going xx I'm trying to do at least 45mins a day to beat my stall. Keep it up and it will help your weight loss so much
no the treadmill is in the garage so not far to go lol i put my i pod on and was in my own little world also got a vibrating plate but not sure if i can use that
Good for you. I love my treadmill and I'm tying to do 45 mins to an hour in the morning and then again in the evening. I've just finished (in time to watch Lie to Me). If I'm walking at a fast pace I can still read a book, but if I'm going faster than that I either listen to my ipod or watch a dvd. Love it! x
