Update!

Hey All, Sorry I have not been around much, been working some mad hours. my Weight is still coming off although it has slowed down, having only lost 2 pounds last week and 2 pounds this week. but still, I have lost 6 and a Half stone so far and 8 inches off of my waist, which I am really pleased with, since 18th Nov 2009 (Official pre-op diet start date). I am due to get weighed again on the 9th April, and I am also having my first VB12 Injection at the same time.
I will keep you all updated, and I hope you are all well.
